My consultancy services are as diverse as the clients that I work with. My portfolio includes musicians, artists, hotels, retailers, cafes, political groups and arts venues.

I use the skills that I developed throughout my career which led me to my position as CEO, and so my freelance portfolio is varied. My main client work includes:

  • Business and/or marketing planning
  • Digital marketing and strategy setting
  • Copywriting for online, advertising and print campaigns
  • Social media management
  • Leadership and business development
  • Networking

I offer a free consultation for potential clients who offer interesting briefs. If you’d like a chat on how I can help, please contact me.

Leadership: I have a decade of leadership experience, and have presented in both the UK and abroad on the theme of ‘potential’. A programmed speaker for both the emerging and established levels of the CCSkills’ Future Leaders course, I was also invited onto Mission, Models, Money revolutionaries scheme as a peer. I was Governor of Northern School of Contemporary Dance, Board Director of Arts Marketing Association and the first Chief Executive of Craft Scotland.

Campaigns: From 2006 – 2008 I led many campaigns on behalf of arts organisations across Greater Manchester. I chaired the marketing committee for Revealing Histories: Remembering Slavery, a project working across eight museums and galleries to commemorate the bicentenary of the abolition of the British Slave Trade Act. I worked with organisations representing deaf and disabled people on the In Touch campaign, and created the campaign strategy for four regional arts venues to increase access both back stage and front of house. I devised The C Word and Meet Your Maker campaigns for Craft Scotland, writing the first cinema ad promoting craft in the world and garnering international respect as a result.

My list of clients includes: 50/50 Parliament; Cloudberry Gifts; The Plockton Hotel; Honey Pot Arts & Crafts Studio; Recitals for Wrigglers; Cramond Falls Cafe; Letham Nights.
